NPP asks for a peaceful solution to Assam-Arunachal Boundary dispute.
The National People’s Party (NPP) Arunachal Pradesh unit acknowledge that Arunachal Pradesh Inter State Boundary problem is a long pending problem and it is very sensitive. The NPP demands to government for, All level of talk for resolving boarder issue with Assam counterpart should be in the line of Tarun Chatteriee Commission’s recommendation. The Namsai Declaration 2022 should uphold for resolving border issue of papumpare district. The Regional Committee Recommendation of gth January should revisit compulsory and Banderdewa, Tanihappa, Tarajoli, Gurubandha, Pichola, Dirgha Duffla, Belo & Loar villages must retain in Arunachal. At the end, any decision of both the Govt in resolving the interstate border issue should be in win-win decision so that the traditional peaceful coexistence of both the state is maintained.
