Nyishi Elite Society celebrates 16th Nyishi Day at NES Secretariat Richi Jullang amid the presence of a host of dignitaries. Attending the celebration, Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein appreciated the initiatives of NES in uplifting the education scenario in Nyishi belts and appealed to the community to be a role model for others. On the occasion, Former President NES Dr. Bengia Tolum was conferred Lifetime Achievement Award for his 4-decade service towards the community, and unsung heroes from the Nyishi community and legendary artists were felicitated.
