Neelam Welfare Society appeals govt to construct a war memorial at Yachuli in honour of martyr Neelam Tebi of 1962 war. Earlier during XIII NES General Conference at Yachuli, Chief Minister Pema Khandu assured to dedicate a war memorial and name a govt institution in Late Tebi’s name.
